Frank takes care.

We believe that taking care of our own includes our customers, our community, our staff and our planet. We will donate $1 of every namesake signature Frank combo sold to The Georgian Bay Food Network (GBFN) to help families in need. We also plan to “Frank it Forward.”

Customers can show that they’re also a boss at heart by donating a meal to someone less fortunate. Every donation will go directly to the GBFN and you’ll receive FREE Fuggedaboutits and be featured on our instagram as someone who is a “goodfella.” 

Food waste is a crime against the family. 

At the end of the day, our extras will be donated to the nearby Guesthouse Shelter. 

We keep our family fed.

Coming up in the ranks of the hospitality industry we have seen first hand how hard it is, from being under appreciated to constant health and safety concerns. That’s why in our family all of our associates are taken care of. We commit to paying our hard working staff a living wage, which is $22.75 per hour in Simcoe county in 2024. For our customers this means that you will never be asked to tip when ordering from our counter.

We keep our books clean.

We have made the choice to not keep any cash on the premises, this reduces the health and safety risk associated with handling and having cash. For the customers this means that service is faster, less time waiting in line and more time enjoying your lunch break.

All of our takeout packaging and utensils are completely compostable, and our beverage selections are all in fully recyclable containers. Because being bad for the environment isn’t good for anyone…
